To reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required. This allows us to begin the planning process for your event and secure your date and time. Start by filling out our online reservation form or simply call our office at (808-923-4876). We will need basic information to reserve your wedding package. We will deduct your non-refundable deposit from the total cost of your event.
Once we receive your wedding reservation, along with your deposit, a wedding coordinator will contact you by email within 24 hours with a personalized wedding confirmation. In your confirmation e-mail, you will find instructions with the next steps of the planning process along with a link to complete a wedding package information sheet. This sheet will allow you to customize the package based on your preferences.
We require you to return the completed information sheet at least one month prior to your wedding date. This does not apply to short notice events (within 30 days). In this case, we will collect your wedding details immediately.
Please note, many of the public locations can become very populated on weekends. If seclusion is important, we highly recommend choosing a weekday.
