Maui Weddings & Elopements

Maui Weddings & Elopements

Celebrating 40 years as Hawaii's premier wedding planner, since 1978.

Maui is a remarkable place for a romantic island wedding. The Valley Isle is known for its beautiful beaches, perfect for an intimate beach ceremony. Less populated than Oahu, but with so much to do and see, Maui is ideal for many couples.

After the wedding, you'll already be on your honeymoon! Haleakala National Park, Hana Highway, and Iao Valley are just a few of Maui's breathtaking adventures.

*If part of your dream wedding includes an arch or chairs framing the ceremony, we recommend taking a look at an Oahu wedding. Unfortunately, the state does not allow structures of any kind on the beaches of Maui. Transportation options are also available in our Oahu wedding packages, and the packages include more services at a lower price point overall.

Maui Wedding & Elopement Packages

We have five Maui wedding packages designed for the couple and wedding, regardless of the guest count.

Each Maui wedding package includes:

  • A certified professional photographer, a custom online photo gallery to share with friend and family, and the digital downloads of all your beautiful photos with the print release

Maui Wedding Locations

Maui is home to some of the most beautiful beaches Hawaii has to offer. Soft sand, lava rocks, and stunning blue ocean make beach weddings on Maui everything dreams are made of. White Rock, D.T. Flemming, and Polo Beach are a few of our favorites. Make sure to take a look at our Maui Beach Locations for more information and photos.

It is important to note that all beaches are public locations. There is a state-issued permit required for all wedding events. We will obtain this permit on your behalf, and the $50 fee is added to the package cost. The permit only allows for groups of 30 or less at beach locations.

If you are expecting more than 30 to attend the wedding, you may want to explore Oahu location options.

How to Get Your Maui Wedding License

Hawaii is an easy place to get married, and you don't even need witnesses! If you are planning your Maui wedding, all you need to do is:

  • Apply online for your marriage license and pay the fee directly to the state through the application.
  • Book an appointment with a Maui license agent in advance to ensure availability.
  • Once you arrive on the island, meet your licenses agent before the wedding to get the license.
  • Simply bring the license with you to the wedding and provide this to your officiant.

After the wedding, the state will process the paperwork and mail you your legal marriage certificate document.

How Much Does a Maui Wedding Cost?

Maui wedding packages range from $2,475 to $6,100.

You can read our estimates on how much a Hawaii wedding costs, but our estimates are based on Oahu package pricing ($275 to $8,450) so keep in mind it's higher prices on the outer islands.

Our Maui packages offer quality items and services at competitive rates. However, we are able to offer more services at a lower cost on Oahu since that is the island our company is located on.

Sometimes a wedding on Oahu and a honeymoon on Maui can be a better fit for some couples' budgets. A wedding coordinator would be happy to help you sort through your options to see what's right for you.
