It is important to note that all beaches are public locations. There is a state-issued permit required for all wedding events. We will obtain this permit on your behalf, and the $50 fee is added to the package cost. The permit only allows for groups of 30 or less at beach locations.
If you are expecting more than 30 to attend the wedding, you may want to explore Oahu location options. We also like to recommend a private wedding venue for larger groups, followed by a second-location photoshoot with just the two of you.
A private Maui wedding venue can be pricy, which is why a simple Maui wedding on the beach is so popular for a wedding, elopement, or vow renewal.
